I get to know each and every nanny during my screening process and typically take about 1 in 150 applicants. Background checks, references and all screening documents are available to families for full transparency.

1:1 Coaching

I provide coaching before, during and after you hire your nanny including employer coaching to keep your nanny on-track for as long as your nanny is with you.

DETAILED WORK AGREEMENTS

Every Work Agreement is customized for your family personally in a one on one coaching session with me. My contract upholds a high level of professionalism, which includes a curfew, a dress code, an NDA, and a guest policy, to name a few of the items in this extensive document.

INDEFINITE PLACEMENTS

YC Nanny always encourages long-term placements and never charges a recurring fees for nannies who stay with you for multiple years. Each placement lasts at least a year, with a six-week trial period and additional guarantees that go through six months to ensure everyone is harmoniously living and working together.

Junior Nannies

Nannies with babysitting, daycare, or other childcare experience but less than a year of professional nanny experience. Similar to an au-pair
